Kory Goodwin started working in construction at age 19 in Vernal, Utah for a well respected builder. In Denver, Colorado he worked with a construction company which specialized in excavating concrete from basements and crawl spaces that needed repair due to blue clay damage. Kory move to Cedar City, Utah to attend college where he declared a major in Business Management. He worked for a high end custom home builder who worked primarily in the cash plus and luxury building industry. Kory returned to Vernal Utah once again and started his own general construction company in 1999. Kory constructed a high end custom homes from the ground up. He became very skilled at pouring his own foundations, footers, doing concrete work, framing, roofing, sheetrock installation, taping, texturing and painting. Kory moved to St George Utah in 2005, he worked as an assistant supervisor with Matthew’s homes in Mesquite, Nevada and as a supervisor in St George, Utah with Ivory Homes. Kory then became a general construction contractor, specializing in high and paint and stain grade trim installation and design. In June 2012 he joined the Pride point construction team as a superintendent. Cory’s mission is to deliver high-quality, dependable construction services to each and every client. He works personally on the job site everyday with his sub contractors to provide the best supervision possible bring every phase of the construction. This allows him to ensure quality workmanship, budget awareness, and timely completion of all projects.
